Walmart was unusually crowded today. This actually worked to my advantage. I stuck stricktly to my list & got out quick! Normally we avoid busy times like after 5 and weekends especially. Maybe we should go when it is busy so we don't linger on the cookie isle or other tempting spots!!!!
Is grocery shopping tricky for you??? Do you end up spending WAY TOO MUCH? What are your strategies on avoiding the WALMART trap?

"THEY" (whoever these unnamed experts are) say that you should stick to what is on the outside of the store. I haven't developed a strategy that works as far as staying away from all that sugary temptation on the inner aisles!
I send my husband. He is great about sticking to the list.
